Frequent freezing and occasional BSOD

Hi Guys,
Recently upgraded my PC to Vista 64 bit Business. Have been getting alot of screen freezes and been forced to reboot everytime. This usually happens when i'm browsing internet and never occurs when i'm in game (MW2). Also had a few BSOD's as well.
Noticed that in Device Manager my network adaptors are flagged and cannot start : "Realtek RTL8168B/8111B Family PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet NIC (NDIS 6.0)" AND "Realtek RTL8168B/8111B Family PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet NIC (NDIS 6.0) #2"

System:
Vista 64 bit Business
Intel Core i5 [email protected]
OCZ 4G(2x2) DDR3 Ram
Gigabyte Motherboard GA-P55A-UD5
HIS ATI 5850 (MW2 Edition)
Thermaltake 750W Evo PSU

Here's a list of BSOD Reports:

I would appreciate some help on this topic, my experience is relatively limited but I can follow instructions.

Hello Dr Horrible,
Most of these seem to be caused by the USB driver, that is where i would start.
Go to Device Manager and un-install all you USB drivers, reboot and new drivers will be installed.

You also need to address the other problems too. go to the MB makers site and see if there are updated drivers for them.

After so many BSOD's the system files can become corrupt.
Open a command prompt as administrator and type sfc/scannow press enter and let it scan, if errors are found you will need to scan again until clean.

To eliminate the memory remove all but one stick of ram and test, test in all slots used, then test the other stick/sticks of ram in all slots used.

Also, can you upload your last couple of dump files, there is nothing like the originals for more information.
Go to C > Windows > Minidump > zip up the files and upload them with your next post. You may have to save them to your desktop first.

Hope this helps, good luck and post your results.

I'll do the USB and MB drivers after i post these minidump files; see attatched zip folder.

System File Checker scan revealed "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations."

Thanks for the dump files, bit of a mixed bag really.
First couple point to memory or hardware, the others point to the USB driver, there was one for your netgear, (Router.Modem) ?, and another one for NETIO.SYS.

I would carry on with the above for now and see how it goes.

Have reinstalled/updated both USB and MB drivers.
Ram Sticks are both fine
Haven't had any freezes yet, but still too early to tell
Also Netgear is my Wireless USB Dongle.
Cheers

If it is locking up when using the internet, load IE with no add ons and see if there is any change there.
Good news about the BSOD though.
