my laptop was working fine until today and it says my product key is invalid
and i cant contact them by phone because my start key isnt coming there's nothing apart from my internet browser. what can i do?.

Are you saying that you do not have your key number? If no why not? Is it because you bought the computer with the OS preinstalled?
