    BSOD problem. dump files uploaded

    I get the blue screen after i login. It works fine in safe mode. But otherwise theres a big problem. I have uploaded the dump files here. can some1 please check it for me? Thanks a lot

    An unusual set of dump files - but the gist of it is that kl1.sys is blamed.
    This belongs to your Kaspersky protection product. Please do the following:
    Anti-Virus Removal:
    Please do the following:
    - download a free antivirus for testing purposes: Free AntiVirus
    - uninstall the Kaspersky from your system (you can reinstall it, if so desired, when we're done troubleshooting)
    - remove any remnants of Kaspersky using this free tool: Removal tool for Kaspersky Lab products
    - IMMEDIATELY install and update the free antivirus
    - check to see if this fixes the BSOD's
    More once the dump files are finished running....

    Thank u sooooo much!! but i don use kaspersky.. i use norton anti virus. i checked for kaspersky n its not present in the add remove programs

    Run the removal tool anyway - the file does show up in the dump file:
    - remove any remnants of Kaspersky using this free tool: Removal tool for Kaspersky Lab products
    Then, go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers and check for kl1.sys. If you find it, rename it to kl1.BAK
    Some other security products (not Norton) use components from Kaspersky.

    The rest of the dump files blame raspptp.sys - a Windows component related to Peer-to-Peer drivers.
    I would suggest uninstalling any P2P software on your system at least until these problems are solved.

    Also, try one of these free, online virus scans to ensure that your Norton isn't corrupted: Malware

    Next, visit the website of the PC manufacturer and update every single driver that's listed. Then immediately visit Windows Update and install Service Pack 2.

    If you're still getting BSOD's after all of this, please post back with ALL of the dump files and we'll work from there.

    I used the removal tool, renamed the file to .BAK, removed vuze and utorrent, chect Norton anti virus.. still no use downloading the service pack now

    22 dump files from 28 Jun to 10 Jul 2010 (14 days) - 16 of the memory dumps were on 10 Jul 2010
    4 different STOP error codes (18 are STOP 0xA's), with 3 different causes blamed.

    All the memory dumps are from Vista with SP1 - so let's see what we get once you have SP2 installed.

    Please note the following older drivers. Windows 7 was released in 2009 - so the older drivers are probably not all compatible with it. You can look most of the drivers up at: Driver Reference Use Google to determine the others:
