Hello, I just built a new computer, all parts work with each other and it is put together right. When i push the power button it turns on and "acts" like it is goin to boot but then crashes for about 3 seconds (no power what so ever), then "by it self" turns back on and boots up to the "boot from cd. press enter." screen (no O/S installed yet, which is also another issue but i will post that in the software section - for some reason when i put the O/S disk it it gets through the files being loaded part but when it gets to the part where it says starting windows and then the next screen "should be" the license agreement, the screen goes black and nothing else happens.)
If anyone has ever experienced this or might know what it is that is causing this please let me know.

If anyone has ever experienced this or might know what it is that is causing this please let me know.
