I am using 32 bit Windows Vista Home Basic Edition with service pack 2 installed in it. Now I am facing a peculiar problem. My system gets stopped after every 20-25 minutes. Exact reason I don`t know.
What I could observe is that if i am not connecting my lan cord its working fine. When I am getting connected to internet then after 20-25 minutes its getting shut down.
Maximum time that happens but sometimes even if i am not connected to internet then also it gets shutdown. Again two times (Yes I have counted it went fine without stopping for 24 hours). First time I was watching movies without the internet wire connected. Second time I downloaded something using torrents. It worked fine without shut downing
for those two times.
But if i get myself connected to the internet it gets shutdown .. thats the case for maximum time. Apart from this my laptop is sony vaio VGN-CS24GH.
Can anyone suggest something why this is happening. IS it any problem related to the laptop model or because of vista or what ?
