BSOD and other odd problems

Hello all,

HP m8200n
Vista 32bit SP2
Home Premium
Nvidia Geforce 9800GT video card
550w PSU
Processor AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 6000+ 3.00GHz
3G RAM

About a week I began receiving blue screens after I upon a boot up. Since then I have received several different error messages including the following:

Sym_hi.sys
Bad_Pool_Header
Driver_IRQL_Not_Less_Or_Equal
IRQL_Not_Less_Or_Equal
Memory_Management
An attempt was made to write to read only memory
Bad_Pool_Caller
win32k.sys
tcpip.sys
CLFS.sys
CID_Handle_deletion
iirsp.sys
page_fault_in_nonpaged_area
i8042prt
Netio.sys
Navex15.sys

Since the original problem (IRQL_Not_Less_Or_Equal being the most frequent) I have tried reformatting my hard drive and doing a full system recovery from the recovery hard drive partition and recovery disc. I still receive blue screens. I am using a Nvidia geforce 9800GT and originally thought this might be the problem, removed it and reformatted without the card, blue screens remained. I ran memtest86 for 28 hours (26 passes) and no errors were found. I also had trouble getting my system to power on after a shut down once during all this as well. I have tried just about everything I know to try and the problems remain.

The last question I have is this. Right before all this happened, I purchased a copy of Windows 7 Professional via download. If I were to reformat my entire drive and install Windows 7 from the ISO would this solve my problem? I have attached the dump files as well.

Thank you
