BSOD - Startup Repair Failure

Hi all. I know very little of repairing PC's but hopefully you all can help me out. I recently got the BSOD and tried several fixes including downloading a Vista recovery disk and attempting the startup repair tool from it. Here is the message I continue to get.

I messed up already...the Problem Event Name is StartupRepair V2.
