Vista crashes on 90% of start ups

Hello!
I am having very disturbing time on with PC. It works fine when you let it do the startup->fail->starup->fail-loop. I haven't done any changes on my hardware lately.

When it crashes, it will start loading the OS, then the process-bar just stops and it boots. Most of the times it WON'T show bluescreen, but sometimes it does.

My Vista is Home Premium 32bit with MSI K9N Neo V3-motherboard. I have AMD Athlon 5200+ X2.

If you need some info, please mention about it, so I will post it. I attach here my bootlog and HijackThis-log.

Yes, it seems to be working on a clean boot just fine! If there's any connect I had a problem with a Antivirus-software once. I uninstalled Avira and installed Avast to just try, but the PC did not boot. But now it seems that it will boot with Avira scheduler and Avira Guard.

If it works with the clean boot, follow the instructions concerning restoring the services that you disabled and you will know the cause of the problem.

Now it seems that the succesful start up was just a lucky one. Though, everytime I push Tabulator and choose to log the start up, it will start every single time.

I will investigate the problem with Avira, because I think it can't be forced to not to load itself.

My Computer

Just disable, if that is the problem
