When ever I try to open up a folder to view files, it freezes and a windows pops up and says "Windows Explorer has stopped working..." and 2 seconds after that it says "Windows Explorer is restarting..." and my screen flashes and the toolbar at the bottom goes away and cames back.

I have tried many things and this is still happening. Please help!

This happens alot in Windows Vista and Windows 7 Unfortunately you cannot do anything about it, And also when the Taskbar disappears and comes back- This is Normal the Taskbar is Windows Explorer
