I got this problem that a huge amount of my programs on my computer keep on stopping to work.
I can't turn my Norton AntiVirus2010 on.
I can't turn Steam on.
Lots of Itunes stuff has stopped working.
The only real programs that do work are World Of Warcraft and Firefox.
Please help fast.
I've tried the sfc /scan thingy.
Is there any more options?

First run an antivirus scan
Download and run malwarebytes

Then right click on taskbar, bring up task manager and make sure that your memory is sufficient and working properly.

Do a clean boot.

I have done a full Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware scan but I will try that other thing now. About the Anti-Virus Programs, I had Norton but it just stopped working and I tried Avast but it took like 95-100% CPU.

Uninstall the AntiVirus etc and use Malwarebytes and Microsoft Security Essentials with the Windows Firewall. You should not have problems with these. They were made just for windows.
