hi all, am currently very clueless what to do. my computer is in an abnormal stage. i cant help myself as i dunno what the problem is either. can someone bother to try pls.

Do you have the file(s) that Jacee is asking for there? If so, reply there and she'll be able to guide you further.

If you haven't, then if you haven't got any important data on your system, a clean install might be in order. See what Jacee says in the other thread first.
