Videos Folder Crashing Win Explorer

I don't use my "Videos" folder too often but when opening the folder today I got a message that "Windows Explorer has Stopped Working". The last time I was in the folder was 10-14 days ago and all was good.

I just click the restart Win Explorer button and all seems good but I can't move or play any videos in the folder because it always crashes when opening.

The only updating I did in the last 2 weeks was Win Defender updates and Microsoft Silverlight and .NET Framework 4. All for Vista x64.

The Error details are below if this helps anyone.
