I just recently moved. After reconnecting my computer, I have ran into a problem I cannot solve. My desktop now appears black with only the task bar show, no icons at all, no backround picture, nothing. 2 things happened when this occured. First, I tried to uninstall the zynga toolbar, it stopped halfway thru the uninstall saying it could not access the uninstall.log file. I have since reinstalled and then I believe successfully uninstalled. Second is a webcam said it was installing new hardware that also stopped half way thru. I believe this is the problem but I could be wrong. I have tried disabling the windows installer, using a unistall program, I have ran windows hardware memory test all to no avail. please help.
