BDSO by pressing FN key

Hi there I just had a BDSO by pressing FN key. Now I've pressed it again but nothing happens (including the absense of the FN key icons in the upper part of my monitor). I'm running Vista x84 and have reinstalled it twice, but this has been happening since I runned it for the first time, when this laptop (Toshiba L500) was brand new, about a year ago. I would really thank helpful information to solve this one year problem. Beside the asked ZIP file I'll attach the three Jpeg's showing the error message. Thank's a lot!

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: 00000016, memory referenced
Arg2: 0000001b, IRQL
Arg3: 00000000, bitfield :
 bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: 828360b5, address which referenced memory

Suggeted cause per report
Lpcfilter.sys file description
Productname: Unknown
Description: LPCFilter
Company: COMPAL ELECTRONIC INC.

Based upon my experience this is probably not the true cause. Follow the next steps to in order to try to be BSOD free in the future. If you do get future BSODs, post and you will be given further help.
The reports that you have submitted reveal clues to the cause of your problem. They do not give a definitive answer. The more reports that we receive the more clues are made available improving our chances of finding a solution to your problem. You may have to experience several more BSODs until the final answer is discovered.

If overclocking restore normal settings

SFC /scannow
System Files - SFC Command

Scan with your Anti Virus

Update outdated listed drivers. If I have inadvertently listed any Microsoft Drivers, they can be ignored. If the list is extensive I have included the driver verifier test so that you may determine which drivers are in need of immediate attention.

After performing all of the above, post back with any new BSOD reports, or indicate that the attempted repairs were successful.
If any links do not work, if clicked, please copy and paste to browser address bar.
It is very important to remember that the dump reports only give clues as to the problem and although it is very easy to analyze only one or two, usually more are needed. If you experience additional BSOD after installing a current version of the driver in question, be sure to post so that we can use the additional information to assist you in preventing the BSOD's
