boot problem just lost

I am using 32 bit vista business. I recently install micrsft ie8 compatbilty update as well as ATI radeon HD 3400 series update. I also ran malwarebytes antimalware scan found some infections in regist tried to quarintine system stop responding, just froze, did task manger to stop program system restarted on it own. get to microsoft screen restat again, tried startup repair, tried restore my os does not show up it also tells me no hard drives seen. But, adm x i can access my harddrive with the windows file. try to clean install get box with this message install windows windows could not retrieve information about disks on this computer. Can some please help!!!!!!! Ohone otherthing

Could you please be more precise as to what your Problems seems to be...

Also May I ask do you have an Installation Disk
