My Computer

Welcome
I normally handle the BSODs in Vista. The bad news is Im not home and will not have access to a computer that can read the reports for a few weeks. The good news is that I will get someone from Seven, who has great expertise in this area.

Hey, your family now, my pleasure. I will also watch the thread and give any input if needed (but I doubt it). I know who will probably handle this, it will be a real pro.

Hello,

It seems you have two different main problems.

The first is PC Tools; please uninstall that.

Second, is McAfee. Remove it with this tool: http://download.mcafee.com/products/licensed/cust_support_patches/MCPR.exe

Replace it with MSE: http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials

Also, install these updated Broadcom Ethernet drivers: Broadcom.com - Ethernet NIC NetLink Driver Downloads
