    Hello!

Well done on uploading that information! Excellent job! Does this BSoD happen at any particular time, such as when you are shutting your computer down, or opening a specific program, or just randomly. Can you also please unplug all USB hubs and devices attached to your computer, and see if the BSoD reoccurs - leaving them out for up to a day if necessary.

Also, has this started recently. If you have just updated a driver, or something along those lines, then a System Restore may well help: System Restore - How to

    Thanks!

it just happens randomly! it didnt happen yesterday and today though. I unplugged the USB hubs.
I gave my laptop for format a week ago, and they also installed some programs such as autocad, photoshop etc.. since i got it back from the technician, the blue screen started appearing for like 2 times a day! If i restore the system, would all my installed programs be deleted?

If you restored, all of your programs would be deleted. Wait for one of the BSoD experts to come online, but in the mean time run without your USBs, and see if that solves the problem. Then we can slowly plug them back in, one by one, until we find the USB device causing the problem, and then we can look at fixing that.

When did you get your copy of Vista and how did you obtain it? Was it from a DVD?
Was it preinstalled on the computer?
