I cannot access that link with Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, or Google Chrome - I get an error that it does not exist or is unavailable in every case. I suggest there is something wrong with the website. If you can access it by other methods, then the problem is with the site's coding for browsers. If you have a PC that can access it, what browser are you using (name and version)?
Is this a local website stored only on your local network (as the .lan extension is not known to me)? If that's the case, then you need to configure the laptop to access that site in a way that is similar to how the PC that can access it is setup (which may not only involve changes to the laptop but also changes to the computer hosting the site and/or the site's access settings or permissions). I do not know how you have configured access to this local website or how it was created or how it was setup to permit connections.
Please go to http://www.vistax64.com/network-sharing/284688-network-posting-tips.html and complete only steps one and two on BOTH the laptop and the PC that works (AND if applicable, the computer hosting the website). Make sure the PC that can connect to it is connected to it when you do this. Please label them so I know which is which and do as many snips as necessary to capture the entire IPCONFIG /ALL listings (usually it requires two).
