Windows Error Drive Not Ready

I get this error on my desktop and believe it to be a hardwear prolbem, but what would cause this error ?

it doesnt seem to really effect anything that ive noticed but then again i havnt been burning or riping or copying from any drive be it usb or cd/dvd. latley. but is annoying when it pops up all the time.

IT does however reconize a new disk boots it and same as usb device.

I think its your cd drive
Unistall driver and lets see how it goes from there

ive been googling it for a bit now and am lead to believe its a floppy drive error. this desktop was like one of the last produced with a floppy/hard disk drive. But im still not positive. ive disabled it from the device manager for now..

Test by uninstalling driver. If that is the problem then the messages will stop
