BSOD Memory Management

Hello, I'm running Vista x64 Full Retail version installed about 1 year ago. I just upgraded components, new motherboard ASUS P7P55D-E Pro and cpu intel core i5 760 2.8 GHz and G. Skill MEM 4Gx2|GSKILL F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL. I have gotten the memory management BSOD about 4 times now. I have run memtest86 overnight on 7.8 GB of my memory with no errors. The memory is running at 1.5V, 1600MHz, 9-9-9-24-2N. The PC is running at 2.89 GHz with BCLK speed 160MHz and cpu multiplier of 18. Originally, the memory was running at 1N, so I changed it to 2N, as that is what it is designed for, and seemed to be running better, but I still got the BSOD once afterwards. I Opened the dump file and here are the results:

The reports that you have submitted reveal clues to the cause of your problem. They do not give a definitive answer. The more reports that we receive the more clues are made available improving our chances of finding a solution to your problem. You may have to experience several more BSODs until the final answer is discovered.

If overclocking restore normal settings

SFC /scannow

Update outdated listed drivers. If I have inadvertently listed any Microsoft Drivers, they can be ignored. If the list is extensive I have included the driver verifier test so that you may determine which drivers are in need of immediate attention.

Asacpi.sys is a driver from the Austek Computer Corp. Your driver is very old and is known to cause BSOD's in current Windows versions; it must be updated

How to Find Drivers
search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone - will help you search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
- The most common drivers are listed on this page: http://www.carrona.org/dvrref.html

Run for 8 passes
If passes try a good stick in each slot for 3 passes
If fails do the same for 8 passes.

Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done:
