Windows repair disk not working?

i just recently encountered the need to use a windows repair disk, i'm running windows vista x64 i do believe and its not working.

it brings me to the "press any key to boot from CD or DVD"
i press my key and they it bring me to another screen saying loading files
since my computer already recognized the disk i don't have to put in the code
but after its done loading the files it brings me to the basic loading screen ( if i may call it basic) where it has a loading bar with the little green line shooting through it, it also says Microsoft Cooperation underneath to be exact.
But the thing is, it never ends, it just keeps going on and on and on and on. its like the never ending story but so much worse i have turned the computer off because i lost my patience and tried again and i have let it sit and its still going. please help! i miss my computer =/

On another computer try creating a recovery CD. You will be able to acess the repair console.
http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/141820-create-recovery-disc.html.
This should be all you need and if the prior CD is defective the problem will be solved.

i have the windows repair cd and its not working, i think i said that in the post >.<

and i did make another and its not working, also. =/ the alst thing iw as doing before this hapened i do beleive was downloading minecraft

I have said to try the procedure, again, in case the CD is defective.

i did i made two of them, each on different computers and it is still doing the same =/ sorry for not reading your last post well enough >.<
