Hello Mike, and welcome to the Vista Forums!

Well done on uploading the reports :)

Well, BSoD dump files only ever offer clues, and never exact answers, however, the problem in yours is pretty clear for once. Bad memory.

This is not ideal, I know.

Absolutely everything points to a dodgy stick on RAM, or even a faulty memory slot on your motherboard. Hopefully the former. It is also quite a possible cause, given the age of your hardware.

There are far, far too many causes pointing at memory. Usually, we have to scrape around for even one shred of evidence. Bad memory is clear in these reports.

So, I shall perform reverse debugging! Instead of me debugging the cause, prove to me that it is NOT memory at fault, and I shall continue debugging!

If you are interested about what I can see in the reports, just ask me :) Otherwise, I shall just tell you what you need to do.

Please follow this tutorial from our sister website. It applies to Vista as well as 7: RAM - Test with Memtest86+ - Windows 7 Forums

If you get errors, try to find out which stick or slot.

Really sorry to bring you the news that this is hardware. Memory is cheap to replace, but the system is 6 years old, so you may actually want to consider just replacing it. Feel free to ask any questions you may have!
