My Computer

Welcome
Lets put the clues together.
The problem continues after a reinstall
You have given us two different reports, each showing a different driver as a cause
One driver was ntfs.sys., which can indicate a hardware or software problem. problem
lets start with that.
Code 24
May be caused by a phsical problem with the disk (take a hard drive test). I would back up my stuff now, just in case
Test Hard Drive www.carrona.org/hddiag.html or this test www.tacktech.com/display.cfm?ttid=287
If you pass, defragmenet the hard drive.
Disable your antivirs and firewall (for test purposes)Replace with Microsoft Security Essentials and the Windows Firewall
Update all drivers for hard drive and cd drives.
The other report (D1 indicated a driver) My approach covers both scenarios.

There are other possiblites, especially when reports differ, as do yours. If you get additional BSODs, after making the above changes, please post the new reports.

You have very many outdated drivers, which may need looking into.

Thanks for that Rich. I did the memory test and the hard drive test with nothing as showing up wrong, but still the machine would shut down. I think I have finally managed to pin it down to a driver for an Nvidia graphics card, I have upgraded that and the computer has been stable for 2 nights now.

Thanks for your help.

Good
As stated it very well could be a driver, so you may be problem free. If not post again and w will analyze the new clues.

The reports for 6/26 and 7/1 show memory corruption again.
Take the memory test again. It should take at least 8 hours. Make 8 passes and then take a good stick and test each slot for 8 passes.
You have the problem after a reinstall, doesnt that sound like hardware? Memory keeps coming up as the cause and that is considered hardware
