Help! Reinstallation DVD Doesn't Work

    Help! Reinstallation DVD Doesn't Work

    Trying to get my system back after some type of crash. I have Vista Home Premium. Computer says that there's a registry problem. Windows\system32\config\sys.

    I tried to boot up with the Reinstallation DVD and it doesn't work. I can't even get into Safe Mode. I can accesses the F2 or F12 menus when I start up the computer.

    Please help, and while I'm pretty computer savvy, I need simple directions (I really hope there are some!)

    I think that if you change the boot priority, you will be ok
    Boot Priority - Change
    If that does not work, test the DVD in another computer, it may be defective.
