Welcome
Gave you a very quick review if this does not work, post and I will make a detail examination
Your BSOD code was A
Which may be your anti virus
0x80070006 is anti virus
Solution
Turn off Defender, use Microsoft Security Essentials, which includes Defender and you should be home free.
I cannot shut down windows Defender because that is the error code i get each time i try to open the application. And for antivirus i was going to use AVG. Or would u recommend i should use Security essentials?
Try Microsoft Security Essentials, if its working properly it will automatically deactivate Defender.

Ok well i installed security essentials and then restarted it and got the same windows defender code so i planned on just uninstalling it, well i did kind of a dumb move and for some reason i just went to all programs and just deleted it from there but then it wasnt in the list of installed programs.. so i restarted and it is popping up that error code, plus it is opening a white window (i think its a window) and it fill the whole screen so you cant see the desktop or icons. i can start the task manager (by pressing ctl, alt, delete) and if i click the windows button on the computer i can get the start bar at the bottom to appear but it wont let me get rid of the white screen. And in task manager there is no programs running and no "odd" services that look out of the ordinary. Any ideas? thanks
I discovered that the "white screen" was a explorer window that was open and you couldnt close it. so i just went to my processes and ended explorer.exe then restarted it and it was gone any idea why it starts every time the computer is turned on though?
If you can go back to good times with system restore. Then we will try to fix the other problem
System Restore - How to
