Vista x64 restart BSOD loop

Hi, earlier today I ran a registry defragmenter from pc utilities 2012 home edition and when the pc went to start up, vista now gets the bsod 0x0000007b error, I've gotten to the point where I'm using a vista boot disk, but it does not detect my operating system or my HD, which is detected by the bios prior to starting the disk. I cannot boot to any option, as it results in the bsod. Any opinions on what to do? I can't access my hard drive at all so I can't provide a dump, but I know the reason why all this is happening.

Try safe mode.
Go to system restore in safe mode and go back to the point before you corrupted your system with registry cleaners.
