"location is not available" error - now whole folder vanished!

i was just tidying up some work folders - moving files which were spread out across many folders into some new ones.

in this process i created a folder called "Prezis" (inside an existing folder called "Graphic Stuff) & shifted all work related to prezis into it (hundreds of valuable files  ).
i opened this "Prezis" folder many times (it was really there!) but then later i returned to the "Graphic Stuff" folder & -BING- the "Prezis" folder (& all that was now in it) was gone.

Undeterred i searched the "Graphic Stuff" folder & my "Prezis" folder came up in the search, however, if i tried to do anything (open folder, open file location etc) i got the following message:

C:\Users\zackari\1 Wenu(E)\Graphic Stuff\Prezis refers to a location that is
unavailable. it could be on a hard drive on this computer.or on a network.
check to make sure that the disk is properly inserted, or that you are
connected to the internet or your network and then try again. if it still
cannot be located the information might have been moved to a different
location.

HOWEVER - even worse than this you may notice that all of this above is in past tense - that is because NOW a search for "Prezis" reveals nothing & an attempt to navigate to the "Prezis" folder now results in the error message:

Windows cannot find 'C:\Users\zackari\1 Wenu(E)\Graphic Stuff\Prezis'. Please check the spelling & try again.

i SOOOO desperately need to restore this data.
please help !!
