critical disk failure

Hello all,
New member here and not very computer literate so bear with me hopefully. I am getting a message of critical disk failure drive d. Apparently my recovery drive is almost full. As far as I know I have never downloaded anything into it. didn't even know if I could. In any case I followed the instructions to allow the viewing of what's in the recovery disk but don't know what if anything there is that should be deleted. In one article it mentioned deleting a file with the name of the computer on it...but I don't see that file at all in recovery. Any help would be appreciated. here is a picture of what was in my recovery area:
My d drive apparently has only 603mb's out of 6.25GB's left.
thanks again,
Duzark

Welcome
As a rule, such a notice is not from a drive that is full, but one that is failing.
Back up all your stuff and test all drives
