memory management bsod

Are you using a USB mouse and keyboard? If so, it's safe to ignore the PS2 mouse and keyboard errors.

Is the D: drive your recovery drive? If so, it's safe to ignore the lack of free space on it.

Please install Service Pack 2: Learn how to install Windows Vista Service Pack 2 (SP2)

The 3 April memory dumps show:
- issues with Kaspersky
- issues with wireless network drivers/Daemon Tools or Alcohol % software

Uninstall Kaspersky. Download a fresh copy and install that.

Download fresh wireless drivers from the support site for the PC and install that.

Looks like you have Daemon Tools/Alcohol % software installed. Please do the following:
Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Win7 systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen dtsoftbus01.sys blamed on several occasions).
Please uninstall the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration): http://www.duplexsecure.com/faq#remove_32sptd

Some free alternatives (I don't use them, so I can't comment on them)

My Computer

thanks usasma, ive already uninstall daemon tools, and for the wireless driver, i cant found where to download it, and actually i didnt understand the problem about my wireless driver, ya some time it give me some problem, to solve the wireless driver problem, i have to uninstall it and install a new one.

and for the D drive, i have to install sp2 to solve the problem ? or just use the recovery ?

thanks a lot

My Computer

I believe that the problem is caused because you don't have SP2 and any subsequent updates. I think that installing SP2 will fix your problems. The other drivers/problems are less likely possibilties, so it's important to fix them also.

The perfmon /report said that your D: drive was overly crowded. This is normal if that's your recovery drive (which it appears to be). If that's the case, then you don't need to do a thing.

As for the wireless drivers, let us know the exact make and model of your wireless USB device and we'll see what we can find for drivers.

MSINFO32 says that this is a ZyXEL Communications Corp. ZyAIR G-202 802.11bg wireless USB device (here: http://www.zyxel.com/uk/en/products_services/g_202.shtml ) And I believe that this is the download page for that device: http://www.zyxel.com/uk/en/support/download_library/product/g_202_10.shtml

My Computer

thanks, it seem i have a new problem where, at my desktop, all thing is freeze accept my mouse, can move but cant click on icon, after i install the sp2, i already check my driver in safe mode, no damage, is it likely a virus do this ?

My Computer

No, this happens fairly often when "fixing" BSOD's
I suspect it's due to the underlying cause of the problem - and our fixing the BSOD portion just brought it to the surface.

Please generate and upload a new set of jcgriff2 reports for us to have a look at. We may be able to find the source of the problems in those reports.

My Computer

Network services are having problems. I'd suggest uninstalling and reinstalling all network related software. This includes:
- Network Monitor
- Huawei Mobile connect software and devices
- wireless USB devices
- wired network drivers
- Acer Empowering Technology
- Celcom Broadband manager
- any other internet-aware applications

Then check your Network services in services.msc to ensure that, if set to Automatic, that they are started.

My Computer

is it driver and software that is corrupted ?
u mean all the network related is all thing that can connect to internet,
ill try to uninstall my wireless device first then we look the outcome.
if anything happen i will let u know it.
i forgot to mention that, my google clock crash last night and google weather crash this morning, so i remove both of them.

My Computer

The symptoms that you describe and that are present in the reports are all (IMO) related to problems with your network software. The most likely cause (at this point) is the Kaspersky software. Have you uninstalled it and then installed a fresh copy?

If that doesn't fix it, then the next thing is the Acer Empowering Technology. I've seen issues with it in the past, so I suggest removing that first.
Test the system with it removed, and if it doesn't fix it - feel free to reinstall the latest version of that software from the Acer website.

My Computer

ya i also think that kaspersky is giving the problem, because, at the end of the scanning my pc jamm.
also im using the original kasperksy (pay) and i have 200+ more day left, if i delete and install a new kaspersky, would the 200+ day burn like that,

ive run the memory diagnostic, using window diag, its clean,
for now i will uninstall my wireless 1st and install it back,

if something happen, i will inform u asap

My Computer

Go to the Kaspersky website and follow the instructions on how to reinstall your Kaspersky without losing your subscription. But, in the end, do you really want to keep a program on your computer that's probably causing the problems (as you've seen by your experience and by the BSOD information)?

My Computer

i will try, if the problem is the same from kaspersky, i consider to change to a new anti virus,

from your observation, the only problem cause from my anti virus only, and all my hardware or driver is clean ?

thanks again
if anything happen i will inform asap,.

My Computer

2 memory dumps on 19 Apr 2012.
The first one blames USB, while the second blames the kernel (core) of the OS.

Disabling things in Windows doesn't prevent the driver from loading - as the driver loads before you get to disable the program.

I suspect this was due to the WiFi device, and may have been influenced by the Kaspersky. I'd suggest running Driver Verifier to find out the most unstable of the 3rd party drivers. Here's instructions on how to do it: Driver Verifier Settings

My Computer

yes, last night i uninstall my wifi, and then install it back, after 10 min or so, blue screen pop out, and then i restarted my pc, and using the wifi it happen again, so i off my wifi and plug out my wifi usb, and wait no blue screen come out.
i will do the driver verifier but before that, i must uninstall my wifi software and my kaspersky ?

My Computer

2 choices:

1 - don't uninstall them and run Driver Verifier.

2 - uninstall all and don't use Driver Verifier

If you get a BSOD with Driver Verifier, then that "may" tell you what needs to be uninstalled. So then you'll uninstall that and wait to see if you have any further BSOD's.

I prefer option #2 as it's simpler.
