    BSOD IRQL_Not_Less_Or_Equal

    Hi jcgriff2.

My PC keeps hanging once a day. Sometimes I get a BSOD, but not always. After re-booting, it runs ok usually until the next day, though it sometimes hangs twice a day.

I have run software provided by HP, as well as by Advanced System Care, to try to detect and fix the cause, in both safe and normal modes, but to no avail.

As per your instructions, I have attached the results of your BSOD Dump & System File Collection app, and of the Reliability & Performance Monitor function. Also, here are the details of my PC's system that you require:

    1. HP m9788d 64bit with Intel Core i7 CPU 920@2.67GHz
    2. Windows Vista Home Premium came pre-installed with the PC upon purchase.
    3. System is around 5 years old, and running with original OS with Service Pack 2.

Kindly see whether you can help me resolve this problem.

    Many thanks!

    Regards, SporeanGT.

No memory dumps in the uploaded files

IOBit Toolbar service crashed. Please uninstall the IOBit program. If you must reinstall it, get a fresh copy of the latest version from the IOBit website

Many, many errors with your nVidia services. Please:
    - download a fresh copy of the latest video drivers from World Leader in Visual Computing Technologies | NVIDIA
    - uninstall the current video drivers
    - install the freshly downloaded drivers

Daemon Tools causes lot's of issues in Win7 - if you'd like to try ruling it out as a problem on your system, try this:
Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Win7 systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen dtsoftbus01.sys blamed on several occasions).
Please uninstall the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration): DuplexSecure - FAQ

Some free alternatives (I don't use them, so I can't comment on them)
KernSafe iSCSI initiator, Virtual CD/DVD-RW Emulator, Virtual Encryption Disk and Virtual CD/DVD-ROM Emulator All-in-One free software.
MagicISO - Convert BIN to ISO, Create, Edit, Burn, Extract ISO file, ISO/BIN converter/extractor/editor
If you're still getting BSOD's, try running Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings
Make sure to capture the info off the BSOD. Here's what we need (the stuff in RED):

If your system won't stop at the BSOD long enough to read it, post back and we'll show you how to set it to stop there.
