Error 0X0000007E (0XC0000005, 0X8C1F1AE0, 0X80599998, 0X80599694)

When I turn on my laptop I am getting a blue screen of death with the code

*** STOP: 0X0000007E (0XC0000005, 0X8C1F1AE0, 0X80599998, 0X80599694)

This happens in Normal Mode and Safe Mode so I cannot do anything with the computer.

It first happened right after the computer lost power during boot up (battery was loose) , and shut down while starting.

I am running Windows Vista 32 Bit Home Premium

Processor is Intel Pentium Dual CPU T2310 @ 1.46 GHz
Memory 2 GB

Please run Startup Repair at least 3 times: http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/91467-startup-repair.html
