There is an unknown device in your Device Manager. It's an AWV6P4GO IDE Controller
If you're not familiar with this device, please run a few of these free antimalware scans (there are bootable disks listed at the bottom of the page): Free Online AntiMalware Resources

Although most Daemon Tools problems affect Win7, we do see it giving problems in Vista also. Please do the following:
Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Vista/Win7 systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen dtsoftbus01.sys blamed on several occasions).
Please uninstall the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration): DuplexSecure - FAQ

Please visit the PC Manufacturer's website and update all of your drivers from there. There are several drivers dated from 2005 that should be updated. See the list below for specifics.

The following info is just FYI, I've already addressed the issues that I saw in the above paragraphs

i dont know what`s AWV6P4GO IDE Controller, i would like to uninstall this but i can`t find it : (

@edit 2 days ago i scanned my computer with SpyBot and it found malware. or adware? i`m not familliar with this names, but it was one of these. so i simply deleted it. maybe it`s still somewhere?

@edit2 LOL.
HouseCall scan :
...deskop/gammacontroll TROJ_SPNR.04CM11

i said- c`mon it`s only gamma controll. then i was like "okay... Fix it"
and when i clicked fix, internet explorers started poping up at whole screen.
counted to 20 of them : D
ctrl + alt + del and terminate process.
i dont know what was that. maybe it get angry cause i wanted to delete it?

My Computer

All you have to do is:
- double click on the Duplex Secure file
- then click on Uninstall

You're infected, try running a whole bunch of the free scans here: Free Online AntiMalware Resources
If you're lucky it'll fix it - if not, post over in the Security forums for more expert assistance.

My Computer

Sometimes, simply doing a system restore to before the problem started occurring will fix malware problems. I've found this to work with some malware that mimics anti-virus programs.

I never meant to suggest that any other suggestions shouldn't be followed. I'll have to add a disclaimer on all my posts to that effect.

Yes, Memtest is quick and easy and should be run. And, if the RAM is bad, no amount of malware cleaning will fix it!

Thats the crappy part of the internet... Tone and meaning of the message get lost.

So don't worry, no negative was taken by me... I was pointing to where i was coming from.

So you stick to the inside of windows, and I'll stay out of there ;)

i cant test my memory with memtest, it always freezes while testing and i cant even quit(esc)
ofc i`m using only one RAM at one while testing.
now i`m gonna start computer with 3x Ram, and see if it crashes, and if it does, i`ll remove one more RAM, and see what`s gonna happen. maybe i`ll find out which RAM is broken.

@edit still getting much BS : (

@edit2
looks like that`s not the ram problem, getting bs all he time, no matter if with one ram or 4.

Not being able to run memtest is fishy. Memtest runs on its own, with no windows involvement at all. So if it was a windows thing, memtest should have run just fine.

Patonb : memtest stops after 10-20 seconds of work and it doesn`t want to scan more(freezes usually at no more than 5% complete). and then i cant ever turn it off.

Do you have your old RAM still?

This sounds hardware.

Have you tried clearing the cmos/bios using the jumper on the motherboard? <-- I'd do that first.
