I am running windows vista home premium with 4gb of ram and I have SP2 installed.
I Have been having some issue with blue screens,unexpected shutdowns and windows explorer not responding.
So I ran sfc /scannow and have gotten a few error messages that cannot be repaired.
I hope I am posting this in the right thread as I really need help and do not want to make anyone angry here.
So I will include the error messages and hope that you guys and gals can help me to repair them.

- Click the Look button to start the scan.

The MD5 for the file is okay, so it hasn't been tampered with. It also means that it isn't corrupt, so I really don't know why SFC is saying that there's a hash mismatch when we've found that there isn't
Can you run a SFC /scannow command again please? If it finds any corrupt files, run it a further two times. Then repeat the steps that you took to extract the information from the CBS log. Give me a shout if you can't remember them and I'll post instructions

Still having issues. I have to open task manager and end the explorer process and start a new explorer process. This helps keeping it from taking 20 minutes before I can click on anything and use my computer.
Still have errors in CBS log....

I really don't know where Windows is getting those errors from. I can't see any evidence of a hash mismatch
