    explorer.exe appcrash

    Hello

    i keep having app crashes all the time with folders on my computer.
    It sends the following error. What can i do please???

    Hello oren0811 and welcome to the forums

    Let's see where a SFC gets us:

    SFC Scan

    1. Open your start menu and in the search box, type Command Prompt
    2. When you see Command Prompt on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator
    3. When command prompt opens, copy and paste the following commands into it, press enter after each

      sfc /scannow

      Wait for this to finish before you continue

      findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log >%userprofile%\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt

      start notepad.exe %userprofile%\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt

    4. This will open a text file with the results of the scan. Please Copy (Ctrl + C) and Paste (Ctrl + V) the contents of this into your next post.

    ok did the scan
    but then it wrote:
    "windows resource protection did not find any integrity violations"

    what should i do next?

    That's good Let's try doing a clean boot, to establish whether the problem lies with one of your installed programs:

    OK did the clean boot and restarted the computer
    still crashing...

    Hi,

    Your Windows system is only at SP1! Therefore, please update the computer to SP2 & more.
