Solved seemingly random BSODs

I'm getting a BSOD, and it seems totally random. I can boot up fine, and the BSOD/reboot will occur anywhere from a few minutes later to an hour or more, and it doesn't happen during identical activities.

before the reboots, I have seen a few different codes on the various BSOD's:
STOP Error 0x0000003B: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
STOP Error 0x00000025: NPFS_FILE_SYSTEM
there were one or two others I think, but I missed the codes. I'll pay more attention the next time it happens.

This is what I believe to be the inciting incident: I downloaded an archive, and when I decompressed it, it contained a folder and within that was another folder, and another, and another, etc etc. When I tried to delete it later, Windows said the filename was too long and it could not be deleted. I rebooted into Safe Mode and deleted it fine. When I came back into Normal Mode, the BSOD's started occurring.

So far I have...
-run chkdsk, which found 1 orphan file and recovered it. No disk errors. I
-have run MalwareBytes, which found nothing.
-I ran a virus check with Avira, which found nothing.
-ran Windows Defender, which found nothing.
-I If I try the Check for Errors button in the hard drive properties, I get a BSOD.
-I used an Ubuntu Live CD to check to make sure that file was gone, and it was. I even deleted the data I grabbed from the main folder in the archive. I used the Disk Util to check the status of the hard drive, and it said that while both NTFS partitions were 'healthy,' they were not 'clean.' I ran ntfsfix and it ran fine without finding anything.
-back in Windows, ran System File Checker; verfied 100% but Windows Resource Protection found integrity violations. CBS.zip is attached, containing a log file.
-ran BSOD Dump & System File Collection app. Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2.zip is attached.
-ran a System Health Report. permon.html included in Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2.zip.

CBS.log has strange errors in it - we may have to get another tech in to have a look at it (later on).
Only 1 memory dump in the attached reports. This makes it difficult to find patterns - but we'll see what we can do.

Android Composite ADB Interface has configuration issues. Please uninstall the Android stuff from your system. If you wish to reinstall it, please download a fresh copy.

Only 14% free space on the D: drive - 15% free is the recommended limit. You'll be experiencing performance issues because of this - and it will get worse as the free space decreases (Windows does stuff with the free space in the background). Delete/move some stuff to keep the system running smoothly.

The WER section of MSINFO32 blames your Asus Data Security Manager software and your Intel wireless software. Please:
- download a fresh copy of the Asus Data Security Manager software (if you want to reinstall it) from the Asus website
- download a fresh copy of the Intel wireless software from http://downloadcenter.intel.com
- uninstall both programs from your system.
- install the Intel wireless stuff (and the Data Security stuff if so desired).
- monitor for further BSOD's.

In the past Daemon Tools issues have been limited to Win7 systems. But recently (the last month or so) I've been seeing them in Vista installations also. Try this to see if it's affecting you:
Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Win7 systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen dtsoftbus01.sys blamed on several occasions).
Please uninstall the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration): DuplexSecure - FAQ

Another questionable item is the Comodo program. Please do this to test it:
- uninstall the firewall software from your system (you can reinstall it, if so desired, when we're done troubleshooting)
- remove any remnants of the firewall software using one of these free tools: Antivirus Uninstallers
- IMMEDIATELY turn on the Windows Firewall
- monitor for further BSOD events
NOTE: NEVER run more than 1 anti-virus, firewall, Internet Security/Security Center application at the same time.

If the above steps don't stop the BSOD's, please zip up and upload any new memory dumps with your next post - and we'll see what we can figure out from there.

The following info is just FYI, I've already addressed the issues that I saw in the above paragraphs

My Computer

Thanks for your response! I will try these things. Do I need to worry about keeping 15% free on a non-bootable partition?

As of this reply, I have now:

-Uninstalled the Android stuff (i think). There was nothing labeled as such in Programs and Features, but I uninstalled it from Device Manager.
-Attempted to uninstall the Asus program, and its Setup.exe stopped working and closed, during each of several attempts.
-Looked for the Intel thing... the only thing in Programs and Features that mentions wifi is "ATK Wireless Console 2," and nothing is labeled Intel. In Device Manager, I found Intel WiFi Link 5100 AGN, uninstalled it, and downloaded/installed a fresh version from Intel.
-uninstalled Daemon and ran the removal util you linked.
-uninstalled Comodo and ran the removal tool. (and turned on windows firewall.)
-going to reboot now and then take a look at the diagnostics you linked.

***

Upon reboot, Comodo tried to run. It did not uninstall completely I guess. When I tried to uninstall it again from control panel, the uninstaller hung near the end of the process.
Also, I now have an item in Device Manager labeled as Bluetooth Peripheral Device, and when I let Vista do a search for driver software, nothing was found.

OK, let's wait for another BSOD. If one happens we can see the results of what you've uninstalled - and then we can attack the other parts.
