Need help with this constant BSOD

Need help with this constant BSOD, I cant log into my profile normally but safe mode has been relatively BSOD free for me. I have attached my details help is needed.

The problem is due to a driver mpfilter.sys. The surprise is that this is a filter of Microsoft Security Essentials. I have never seen a BSOD caused by Essentials, before.
This is what I suggest, make a clean boot and follow the isntructions to reload the startup items. Lets see if it is really Essentials. Another approach is get off the internet and disable Essentials and see if the problem continues.
