Hello,

Okay I am having problems with my computer. Sometimes my computer unexpectedly turns off and restarts, or sometimes my computer shuts down completely. Also sometimes my monitor while im using my computer turns like to square boxes, like a lot of them. Or sometimes my computer turns off and shows a bluescreen. When I load my windows vista normally, it usually turns off 3 times, than my computer can be used all day. But after 3 times. I am worried because I could mess up my hardware and stuff. But so today the computer turned off indicating that I have a Ntfs.sys problem. I do not know what is that. But I need help please!

Sevenforums.zip attached. But HOSTS option didnt work because it said this: Could not find file C:\hosts.txt and also event log worked a bit but said Process cannot access the file C:\EventSys.txt because it is being used by another process.

Thank You,

Welcome
You have given us only one dump report, which makes analysis difficult to say the least. That being said my educated guess based upon your report, which indicates ntfs.sys, I feel it is your hard drive. Test hard drive. Give us all the reports of future BSODs

Test Hard Drive

Harddrive scan usings SeaTools - SeaToolsfor Windows | Seagate - Both long and shorttests

Back up your stuff in case drive fails.
