System repair can not repair the problem - please help

    System repair can not repair the problem - please help

    Hi Forum,

    I desperately need your advise and help

    I am having trouble with Start Up repair. My computer has received the 'Blue' screen of death and has tried to repair its self several times with the same results.

    Sadly the system repair doesn't work and there are no restore points to switch to. The problem description is:

    ProblemSignature02: 6.1.7600.16385
    ProblemSignature03: unknown
    ProblemSignature04: 21200585
    ProblemSignature05: AutoFailover

    OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.1
    Locale ID: 1033

    Any help you can offer would be a blessing..

    Hi, I can only get to the CMD prompt... would it work if i loaded it from there? it just looked like the BSOD report need windows to run?

    I do however I can manually get it off from the CMD prompt however it will be a long painful exercise... any way to avoid would be awesome...

    OK
    This has a twofold purpose. If you have room on your HD and you get this to work, the problem is not with your computer
    If you get it to work, use it to save your stuff.
