For the past two weeks, my computer has been experiencing random hangs and BSODS, the only time it will run, even relatively well, is when I run it in safe mode, and even then, it continues to crash randomly.

I've tried a handful of things, done quite a few virus scans and have turned up with nothing, however I have been doing some BSOD crash dump recon and it turns out that there may be a kernel problem with my computer. Here is the report from the most recent BSOD.
