Hi,

My Toshiba laptop running window vista home premium 32-bit has been run fine since I recieved it last year. Today, when I start-up as usual, window loaded fine but after window run for about 10-20s, BSOD appeared and the comp restarted itself. I'm not used to the BSOD stuff so please help me.

I've attached the required files.

Welcome
The good news is you have only had one BSOD
The bad news is you have had only one BSOD. Each BSOD gives a little clue as to the cause. Lets hope that the clue that I have resolves your problem.
Uninstall your Anti Virus
Boot
Install Microsoft Security Essentials in place of your Anti Virus ---Boot
You may want to make a system restore point before taking any action so that you can go back if needed.
This driver is the cause of your BSOD
