Ext framebuffer object extension was not found along with atibtmon has stopped

i get the above message when ever there is a power cut (i keep my laptop charged and when the battery starts to operate these messages appear).i use windows vista 32 bit

I understand that when there is a power cut and the system is running on battery, there is above error message.

We can try few steps to check if the issue gets resolved:
1. Set the computer to clean boot state and check how it works. To set the computer in clean boot, follow the steps from the link: How to perform a clean boot to troubleshoot a problem in Windows Vista or Windows 7

2. If no, then run repairs on the Vista System Files with System File Checker using the command sfc /scannow, also providing the link for reference: http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/66978-system-files-sfc-command.html

3. If above steps does not work install the video drivers from support.dell.com and check you get the same message

i did the clean boot and found out that it was caused by AMD External Events Service. please do suggest me how to deal with it now

First uninstall the complete ATI drivers from the computer.

Download the drivers from the following link: AMD Catalyst

After downloading the drivers install the drivers on the computer and restart the computer checks if gives same error message.
