acer x1200 vista not working

I have an Acer Aspire X1200-B1781A with Vista Home Premium 64 bit the recovery isnt working and i cant get it in safe mode i wasent all that pc savey when i bought it so i didnt know u had to burn the disks myself,,,i cant afford $40 for the disks from Acer can I find it free somewhere to download?
