Windows Explorer Stopped Working at startup+ other problems

Hi, I use a Toshiba laptop and I've had it for a couple of years, I can't tell right now any more details about it.
I noticed for the last 3 days that it worked slowly and I thought it was because of my hard drive, but today when I started it it went directly to black screen and I got the message: "Windows Explorer has stopped working
Files that help describe the problem: C:\Users\Anda\AppData\Local\Temp\WEREA.tmp.version.txt
C:\Users\Anda\AppData\Local\Temp\WER1516.tmp.appcompat.txt
C:\Users\Anda\AppData\Local\Temp\WER15C3.tmp.mdmp "

Well, besides this problem when I tried to run as an administrator cmd from the task manager it wouldn't let me, after I right click the icon it says "Windows host process (Rundll32) has stopped working" and then the task manager freezes and after a lot of random clicking on it and on the cross button to exit it, I finally make the task manager to stop working, so I could re-open it.

Right now I am using the Spyware doctor to scan my computer because last time I used it it found me a lot of viruses that Avira couldn't. I already scanned my computer with Avira but uninstalled it in order to install this other anti-virus. I plan on installing Microsoft Essentials afterwards.

I already scanned my laptop with cmd sfc /scannow but I get the CBS.log error so I don't think I could solve anything with it.
I deconnected my hard drive to protect it from the viruses.
