Vista32 daily BSOD & varying Image Names seen in minidump reports (SF Diag attached)

Dear Forum,
I'm at a loss what to do with BSOD 1-2/day, & often with no dump obtained.
BSOD often reads...
- IRQL_NOT_LESS_THAN_EQUAL
less often reads...
- MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
- REFERENCE_BY_POINTER

I have an Alienware Desktop (It was shipped to me in Australia & is Pre-Dell ownership - they won't help me)
I've suspected Memory - but multi-pass testing is showing zero erros
I've suspected "AlienFX" built-in lighting as it's not worked properly, despite them sending new firmware when new
Windows Reports often tell me that nVidia drivers are the issue, I've installed old, new, latest (graphics & MoBo) all to no avail.

Recent minidumps show culprit (Image Name) as being...
- ntkrpamp.exe (most frequently), also....
- sometimes... sp_rsdrv2.sys, ntkrpamp.exe, win32k.sys, nvrd32.sys, and nvlddmkm.sys
I'm losing hair rapidly now and need a hero! lol

Any help greatly appreciated,
Gooie.

Welcome
Without dumps it is difficult to determine the true cause of the BSODs. In your case an educated guess would indicated memory problems. Lets start with a memory test. Run it over night for 8 passes, then 8 pasess for each individual stick.

Hello Gooie,

In addition to what Richard has said, I would like to say that the BSOD error IRQL_NOT_LESS_THAN_EQUAL indicates a driver tried to access a certain area of memory when it should not have, meaning there is a flaw in the driver itself. The goal of your troubleshooting is to find that driver and either disable or replace it. Use the Windows Debugger to troubleshoot this error. Without the debugger, you are limited to uninstalling/updating/rolling back the driver that contains the driver file the Blue Screen mentions.

Please write back for further questions.

Dear Richard & Allan,
thanks for prompt feedback.

- I've now run extensive MemTest on all 4 sticks individually as well..... Zero Errors
disappointing for quick fix :^\
- If it is a driver issue, I'm at a loss as what to do next

- I've included two attachments......
1. SF Diagnostics pack results - complete......................................................... "gooie.zip"
2. My own Zipped Minidump selection - I've already run WinDbg on them ............... "5_dump_files.zip"
[this is at the limit of my tech skills guys 8^|
.....again, really appreciate your help and guidance,
cheers, Gooie
