Random bluescreens. PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

So, my Vista machine has started to crash random times. It is always PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA, and in BlueScreenView, aswSP.sys is marked in red colour in all bluescreens. (Also ntoskrnl.exe is marked)

What is this, and what I could do? I did the memory diagnostic too of Windows, nothing was found.
