BEX64 Error when trying to open Trial version of Adobe Premiere Pro CC

The title says it all: I installed the new Trial version of Adobe Premiere Pro CC and the "starting Image" appeared
but then there is an error and the programm shuts down. Im sorry for my english and my Computer is also set up in german so the protocoll of the error is also in german:
