Hi all

I'm getting a BSOD about 2-3 times a day and this is driving me crazy, so I have decided to ask for your expert help. I have followed the instructions on this forum to create the diagnostic .zip file. Any help is welcome, but please keep in mind I'm not really handy with pcs so please be as specific as possible on the replies.

Pat,
The cause of your BSODs is a Microsoft Driver, ntkrpamp.exe. When this driver is the cause the problem is actually, caused by another source which affects the driver. Lets make a few tests to see if we can find the ultimate cause and resolve your problem.
Run the computer in safe mode. If you do not get BSODs, perform a clean boot.

If you do not get BSODs in clean boot, activate your software one at a time, then see if you get BSODs. If you do not get a BSOD, activate the next piece of software.
Keep us posted on your progress.

Hi Rich

Thank you for your prompt response. I have tried both the safe mode option as well as the clean boot and so far no BSOD which is already a great start. If I can find which software is causing the BSOD I'll let you know.

Cheers,
Pat
