Hello,

I have an HP laptop(Pavillion Dv7). It started giving me BSODs so I did complete system format and it still gives me BSOD. I got the dmp files and uploaded them . I have two separate files. They both seem to have been caused by nt related exe files but I'm not sure. Hope you can help me. Thanks

Welcome
Your reports are not definitive, but give clues that this could be a hardware issue. Boot in safe mode, if you still have problems, the cause could be your hard drive. Report back and we will see if we can help
