Had this on a friends XP machine the other day. Turned out to be a graphic
deiver problem. He had two graphic drivers for the one card!

I am very curious to see if you had a resolution to this problem.
I purchased a Vista ready Toshiba satellite on April 1. (Yes, April fools
day). It worked beautifully for a month and now I get that same error. So
very frustrating.

My Computer

You're still under warranty, have you contacted Toshiba yet with this issue?

I have the same problem, plus my superfetch crashes aswell.
I have the same simptoms, it sucks because my internet stops working and
ever since i got my computer (about 1 and a half months ago) it kept on
crashing with a blue screen saying DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL so is there
anything i can do to fix it?
A guy in a hardware shop said to read what the blue screen said but It only
stays for two seconds so all i manage to read is DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
please help, its annoying me!!

Go into Control Panel, System / Maintenance / System / Advanced system
settings / Startup and Recovery, and uncheck automatically restart. You
will then stay on the BSOD screen so you can tell the guy in the hardware
shop what the message is. You should also take Ricks advice and with a
relatively new computer contact the manufacturer. This is usually a driver
issue. Sometimes hardware.

Usually it is a driver issue. Go to Start\Run and type in verifier and hit OK. Use the Create standard settings and
see which driver (s) it is asking to verify. Post those back here.

Also this error can also signify a hardware issue. First start with the above

My Computer

hi number 6
I had this once on a build for a friends computer. Iwent into the bios and did a reset on detect irq settings. It worked. That is not to say it wil in your situation. Alot of these problems seem to come from driver issues.
One of the links I found by doing a quick google said DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL with ndis.sys BSOD

Post more info on the error.

Spirit, dude it really helped, just 1. DOWNLOAD YOUR GRAPHICS DRIVER
(if you have nVIDIA visit this site
http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us ) 2. GO TO Control
Panel\System and Maintenance\System\Device Manager, A NEW WINDOW CALLED
Device Manager WILL OPEN 3. IN THIS WINDOW FIND AND SELECT Didplay
Adapters AND THERE WILL BE COMPUTERS VIDEO DRIVER 4. DOUBLE CLICK ON
VIDEO DRIVER AND SELECT Driver THEN Uninstall 5. AFTER THAT INSTALL
VIDEO DRIVER YOU DOWNLOADED BEFORE AND RESTART YOUR SYSTEM, THATS ALL...
SYSTEM SHOULD STOP TO SHOW BLUE SCREEN

My Computer

I checked the verifier and the only driver is pxhelp20.sys. I installed
new RAM and every other driver is fully updated. Any ideas are hugely
appreciated.

My Computer

I tried your resolution and this does not work. Maybe you left out a
step or something? But when you uninstall the video driver, and then
install the other video driver it states that it cannot find compatible
software. I ended up having to do a system restore to the previous day
to get my graphics back up and running. So I wouldnt suggest using this
advice, unless the OP provides additional information.
