First time my modem was installed succesfully. But at next boot (only if I shut down, not reboot) Windows recognizes modem again like a new device just plugged. Some weeks later, the same with other system devices, including Sound Realtek and its Hig Definition Audio Controller. My motherboard is a MSI K9VGM-V (chipset VIA KM890) with 1 GB of RAM, a PCIEx GeForce 6200LE. It's in every start up. Please I need to solve this problem.
